Birthday Board

We use what's fresh and items we love and enjoy! We make all of our products on the day of and source seasonal produce that reflects the time of year. No platters are ever the same.

The Birthday Board may contain:

• Specialty Cheeses: A variety of decadent cheeses such as double cream brie, truffle cheddar, manchego, parmigiano reggiano, truffle manchego, creamy havarti, aged gouda, double smoked cheddar, mature cheddar, bergeron, boursin, goat cheese, jalapeno havarti and more!
• Cured Meats: An assortment of charcuterie such as salami; genoa, hungarian, cervelat, black peppered, prosciutto, soppressata, capocollo, calabrese, kielbasa, turkey sticks, pepperoni sticks and more!
• Accompaniments: An variety of accompaniments such as dried fruits; apricots, figs, dates, fresh and in season fruits and vegetables; grapes, strawberries, dragonfruit, mango, passionfruit, cucumbers, snap peas, kiwis, cherries, figs and persimmons, assorted nuts, olives, and a spread.
• Artisan Crackers and Sweets
• Bonus Bakery 4" Cake
• Birthday Topper

The specific contents vary depending on preferences, seasonality and/or dietary needs.

Crackers are always served on the side to ensure maximum goodies on the platter.

All crackers are served in a resealable cellophane bag. We can put it on a platter and wrap it in cellophane for a $8 surcharge.

Our goal is to provide inclusive offerings so all guests can enjoy our products, regardless of their dietary restrictions. Let us know and we will work with you to create something that you can enjoy, worry-free.

Vegan: We use locally-sourced plant-based cheese and add additional fruits, vegetables and nuts. All contents will be plant-based, which includes the chocolates, sweets, spreads and crackers.

Vegetarian: We replace the cured meats with additional artisan cheeses and fresh & seasonal fruit.

Nut-Free: We remove all nut containing products. Note- cross-contamination may occur as we do not operate in a nut-free facility.

Gluten Free: We replace all our traditional crackers, sweets, spreads and biscuits with gluten-free options. Note- cross-contamination may occur as we do not operate in a gluten-free facility.

Pork-Free: We remove all pork containing items and replace it with turkey, chicken and/or beef.

To ensure we meet your specific needs, please list any allergies in the notes section before completing your checkout. This will allow us to customize your charcuterie order accordingly and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please note that while we take every precaution to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, please note that we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from cross-contamination. We prepare all items in a shared kitchen, so if you have severe allergies, please consider this before placing your order. Wegouda will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our products.

Our delivery window is between 8AM-8PM. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time. If you would like a delivery time outside those hours, please contact us.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you require drop-off at a particular time, an additional fee may apply. This fee allows us to accommodate your request and ensure timely service. The charge will be sent to you through an invoice.

The delivery price will be added at check-out based on the postal code.

What to expect at pickup:

After checking out, we will reach out to you to confirm a pick-up time. Please arrive at the agreed upon time for pickup. If you anticipate being early or late, kindly let us know in advance so we can adjust accordingly. Call or text (778) 697-8039 when you have arrived.

Your order will be packaged and ready for a smooth, hassle-free pickup.

If you're not serving immediately, we recommend refrigerating your charcuterie prior to consumption to keep your charcuterie fresh and delicious.

If this is a gift, please enter the recipient's name, phone number and address in the notes section upon checkout or in the special instructions section above. A text will be sent to the recipient to confirm that they are able to receive the gift as it must be handed off and refrigerated.
