We understand that preferences vary and we can try our best to customize options to tailor your charcuterie experience.

The products we feature on our boards are chosen based on what's in season and what's fresh! If you do have preferences definitely let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!

For standard orders, we ask that you place your order at least three days (72 hours) in advance.

For larger or custom orders, please contact us at least two to three weeks in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Grazing tables require at least 3 week notice.

Dates that are blocked off means that we are not taking anymore orders for that day.

To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, we recommend consuming the charcuterie board within 2 to 4 hours at room temperature. If refrigeration is available, items can be stored for a longer period.

Yes! We can customize our products to accommodate various dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, pork-free and nut-free options. Please inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies when placing your order.

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, nuts and shellfish. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur. Wegouda will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our products.

Unfortunately not. All of our products are by pre-orders only. We do not have any pre-made boxes or boards for sale.

Pickup & Delivery

We deliver in all around the Lower Mainland, which includes Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, UBC, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, Tsawwassen, White Rock & Langley.

Our delivery prices are as follows:

  • Vancouver- $25
  • Burnaby & UBC- $28
  • New West & Richmond- $30
  • Steveston- $35
  • Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody)- $35
  • West & North Vancouver - $38
  • Delta & Surrey- $42
  • Tsawwassen, White Rock & Langley - $52

The delivery price will be added at check-out based on the postal code.

You may request for a more specific delivery time and we will do our best to meet your request but we cannot guarantee that set time.

If you require delivery at a particular time window, an additional fee may apply. This fee allows us to accommodate your request and ensure timely service. The charge will be sent to you through an invoice.

Please arrive at the agreed upon time for pickup. If you anticipate being early or late, kindly let us know in advance so we can adjust accordingly. Text or call (778) 697-8039 when you have arrived.

Your order will be packaged and ready for a smooth, hassle-free pickup.

If you're not serving immediately, we recommend refrigerating your charcuterie prior to consumption.

Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases and deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of our products and the preparation involved.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please contact us at hello@wegouda.ca at least 5 days prior to your scheduled date, and we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
