Thank you for choosing Wegouda for your charcuterie needs.

Refund Eligibility

All purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of our products and the preparation involved.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and convenience for our customers. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for any modifications made to your order. If you need to change the date or modify your order, we are happy to accommodate those requests based on availability. Please contact us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled date, and we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments.

Lost or stolen deliveries will not be reimbursed or remade. Please ensure you or the recipient is able to receive the order at the agreed upon delivery window. Please contact us 12 hours in advance so we can rearrange a different time for a secondary delivery fee if time permits. 

Order Change Procedure

To ensure a smooth process for changing your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to at hello@wegouda.ca as soon as you know you need to make a change.

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the original details of your order, and specific changes you wish to make, such as date changes or modifications to the items.

  3. Timeframe: Please contact us at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled date to allow us adequate time to accommodate your request.

  4. Confirmation: Once your request is received, we will confirm the changes based on availability and provide you with an updated order summary.

  5. No Monetary Refunds: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for any modifications made.
