If you're aiming for that wow factor of a grazing table but short on space, time, or budget? Let us introduce you to our grazing board bundle.

All we need is 30-45 minutes prior to your event start time to come set-up. The more you bundle, the more you save! This is our best value yet- we include a plate of our artisan bread, a plate of our cracker arrangement, disposable bamboo plates & cutlery for each guest and bamboo tongs for the board. 

There are two options, wooden grazing boards or palm leaf platters.

  1. Wooden grazing boards must be returned 72 hours after the event or a $100 replacement fee will be charged per board. 
  2. Palm leaf platters can be disposed of after your event. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

    1. If you select the pick-up option, we will provide you all the materials for set-up. You must select delivery and pay the delivery fee if you want us to set-up on-site.
    2. Orders for the on-site grazing board bundle must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Any orders placed under 72 hours will be refunded.
    3. Please ensure that a suitable and clean table or flat surface is available for us to set-up on before we arrive.
    4. If you have a preferred set-up arrangement, please send us a picture of your table and let us know at least 48 hours in advance via email at hello@wegouda.ca. 

We use what's fresh and items we love and enjoy! We make all of our products on the day of and source seasonal produce that reflects the time of year. No two platters are the same.

This may include:

  • Specialty Cheeses: Our selection of decadent cheeses, which rotates weekly from: montasio, iberico, double cream brie, truffle cheddar, manchego, merlot bellavitano, 30 month parmigiano reggiano, truffle manchego, basil chèvre, creamy havarti, aged gouda, double smoked cheddar, 5 year aged cheddar, bergeron, black garlic manchego, herb and garlic/ cranberry boursin, rosemary asiago, goat cheese, jalapeno/ dill/ garlic havarti, trentinella fontal and more!
  • Cured Meats: Our selection of charcuterie, which rotates weekly from: genoa, hungarian, cervelat, parmesano, black peppered salami, brie and pear salami, prosciutto, soppressata, capocollo, landjaeger sausage, black olive & orange zest with chilies salami, dry Spanish chorizo, salami with prosciutto, chorizo, red wine salami, lyoner sausage, calabrese, kielbasa, turkey sticks, pepperoni sticks and more!
  • Accompaniments: Our selection of accompaniments, which rotates weekly from: dried apricots, figs, dates, mangoes, kiwis and pineapples, fresh and seasonal fruits (organic when possible) and vegetables such as gooseberries, pomegranate, longan, apricots, lychee, blueberries, golden kiwis, green and red grapes, strawberries, dragonfruit, mangoes, passionfruit, cucumbers, snap peas, cherries, Adriatic figs and persimmons, an assorted nuts, an assortment of olives (kalamata, green castelvetrano, red cerignola, queen, garlic stuffed) and a spread.
  • Artisan Crackers and Sweets.
  • Freshly Baked Artisan Bread.

The specific contents vary depending on preferences, seasonality and/or dietary needs.

Crackers and bread are plated separately on an additional board.

To ensure we meet your specific needs, please list any allergies in the notes section before completing your checkout. This will allow us to customize your charcuterie order accordingly and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please note that while we take every precaution to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, please note that we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from cross-contamination. We prepare all items in a shared kitchen, so if you have severe allergies, please consider this before placing your order. Wegouda will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our products.

Our delivery window is between 8AM-8PM. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time. If you would like a delivery time outside those hours, please contact us.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you require drop-off at a particular time, an additional fee may apply. This fee allows us to accommodate your request and ensure timely service. The charge will be sent to you through an invoice.

The delivery price will be added at check-out based on the postal code.

What to expect at pickup:

After checking out, we will reach out to you to confirm a pick-up time. Please arrive at the agreed upon time for pickup. If you anticipate being early or late, kindly let us know in advance so we can adjust accordingly. Call or text (778) 697-8039 when you have arrived.

Your order will be packaged and ready for a smooth, hassle-free pickup.

If you're not serving immediately, we recommend refrigerating your charcuterie prior to consumption to keep your charcuterie fresh and delicious.

If this is a gift, please enter the recipient's name, phone number and address in the notes section upon checkout or in the special instructions section above. A text will be sent to the recipient to confirm that they are able to receive the gift as it must be handed off and refrigerated.

We do not deliver without confirmation that a person will be present to receive the order.
